Hi Dawn,
I just came across your website. I am beginning a Christian fiction/part biography book about a woman who goes to prison. Can you recommend any particular books that will give me insight into prison life (which I have little personal expericence) or suggestions.

Hi, Ann. I don’t know of any books, although I’m sure there are some out there. One helpful resource is http://www.prisonfellowship.org. You may also be familiar with this site. There are a lot of good documentaries on woman and prison life out there. I don’t watch TV much, but when I do I enjoy watching Lock up and reality shows like on prison life. One of the cable stations for a while was featuring a show on woman in prison. Hope this helps.
